Configuring the Xstore mobile for Honeywell Captuvo SL22

Hi,

I am trying to configure a Honeywell Captuvo SL22 device to work with Xstore mobile application in the ios device.

Currently the Scanner in the Honeywell sled does not respond when the Xstore mobile application is running in the Ipod device.

As referred to the Implementation and security guide, Xstore mobile supports Verifone e335. Is it the only sled device that the Xstore mobile is compatible in default? Is there any specific configuration that needs to be enabled for the sled devices to be recognized by the Xstore mobile application?
