Employees are not appearing in payroll process results except for newly encoded employees

in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

We are into R12.1.3 Oracle EBS - HRMS with 12C DB

Approximately 1300 employees plus 25 new employees

Payroll Process Result: Consists of only 25 employees.

Expected behavior: Should contain all employees

Assignment Set Used:

Criteria :

  DATABASE_ITEM : &SM_BANK_ACCOUNT_NUMBER

  Operator  :   !=

  Value :  NULL

We have also verified that the employees' bank account number is not null

Hope somebody can help.
