PLM -data synchronization

Attribute for Item Revision level:

1. I have defined an User Defined Attributes for Item revision in PLM eg. Voltage range and it is dispaled on the page.

2. Attribute for Issue (issue for item revision):

I have defined a page with attributes and one of these attributes is: Voltage range.

I have to synchronize values filled in item rev and issue/eco: if an engineer fill in the Voltage range on the Item revision level, I have to display this value in Issue/ECO, too.

Why I need to do?

We have got more and more information saved on item or item revision level and some of these
