E1 9.1 Commission Line Number Next Number value (F42140.CMCMLN)

We are attempting to mass upload into the F42140 table.    We want to ensure we are setting the CMCMLN Commission Line Number value correctly.    However, have been unable to locate where this value originates.

When adding manually, it grabs the next available number in the table, at times creating duplicate entries.
