How to create logic WMS_RE_CUSTOM_PUB.GetAvailableLocationCapacity for condition:

if item A --> Locator Available Capacity = (attribute15 at item master item A) - (On-hand) - (Transfer_to_location at mtl_material_temp)

and this available capacity for some locator (not all locators)

I have oracle WMS R12.1.3
