Warning message when doing ship confirm for internal sales order

Hello,

Recently we changed one of the setting for an internal pick rule in shipping tab for Autocreate delivery criteria  from null to Within Order in order to have unique delivery id for each ISO created. After making this change  and when doing ship confirm for internal sales order getting warning message " Some delivery selected for Ship Confirm have errors or warnings". Attached warning message  details with screenshot.

Any insight on the above issue is really appreciated.
