Items created in PIM to be available in Inventory

Hello,

Would an item created in PIM be available in Oracle Inventory automatically? Similarly, would the item structures/ ICC created in PIM be available in EBS automatically? If not, what is the procedure to be followed to get them in other EBS modules like inventory/BOM.
