CAFE ONE - "Open this content in a new window" linking to URL

Hi –

We are trying to pass a shipment tracking number in JDE via a link to the URL for the UPS website using CAFE ONE.  We get a message in the frame that “This content cannot be displayed in a frame”.  It includes a link with what to try - “open this content in a new window”.  When the link is clicked, the UPS web site with the tracking info will display in a new window.  Is there a way to automatically open the UPS URL in a new window without having to click on another link?  I tried adding
