How to capture Loaner Product Condition Before and after

Dear All,

We are on R,12,2

Can anyone please advise that how to capture the Loaner condition while we are shipping loaner product to customer? at the same time while receiving back this loaner how we can capture the Product condition. It should be on the one side. BEFOR - AFTER.

Your input's in this regards will be highly appreciated.
