form personalization on IB (Item Instance Details) page

Hi All,

We are having requirement of hiding (non-display) field 'Item Instance Type' for some of the orgs/responsibilities. Users of anly few organizations will be able to see this field on IB page.

Can we achieve this using form personalization on JSP page. How we can enable 'form personalization' on IB page?
