Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Is it possible to enable RAC on Single Node non RAC database 11.2.0.4

Can I enable RAC on Single database non RAC db ? I already installed Grid infrastructure and ASM

b. cd $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/lib

c. make -f ins_rdbms.mk rac_on

If this step did not fail with fatal errors then proceed to step 4.

d. make -f ins_rdbms.mk ioracle
