Disk allocation unit size on Windows

I will be installing Oracle 11g (NO ASM), with db block size 8k on Windows 2008 R2 and I need to format the disk. Any preferred allocation unit size here???? (last time we used 4k and no issues found). But interesting to know, can I use 8k??
