in Depot Repair - EBS (MOSC) Question

Has anyone done a form's personalization or other method of "Auto clocking in" on the tech portal? If so, how? Steps to setup and/or SQL please.

Would like to launch the tech portal from the job tab of depot repair. Then, have the clock in function happen automatically. We cannot rely on the technician clocking in every time.
