How can you move custom Report Manager templates to another instance

We are in the process of upgrading to 12.2.5 and we are setting up Oracle Report Manager. We have a lot of custom templates. How can we move the templates from one instance to another? I am hoping there is a way to move them other than downloading them from one instance and uploading them one at a time in another instance.
