Problem in seeding <Urgent>

Hi,

We are seeding the plan in Middle out and something very strange happening here and it is not consistent.

- After entering Seeding Source, when running Seeding menu, it is completing successfully, but not seeding anything. Seed Date is populating but nothing in Last Seeded Source.

- Another issue we are getting for some user, when they are entering Seed Source, system is not accepting the value it seems as the popup is coming as Please enter seeding source.

- For same combination of hierarchy, seeding was successful without any issue having Last Seeding Source and Seed Date populated.

This issue is really strange and doesn't seems like code issue as we have done seeding around 1000 times and never faced any issue.
