Can jdebchappr use an organization structure setup in P02150

Hello,

We have a need to use workflow journal entry approval, but with an escalation to another manager after 1 hour. Process jdebchappr needs to have an address hard-coded into its workflow process. Can this address be a mailing list that has escalation setup in it, i.e. an organization structure or mailing list setup in P02150 instead of an actual single person?
