Why do I get an error when I use F11 to search for a part in work order materials?

in Enterprise Asset Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Rather than scroll through the list, I use F11 to search for an existing part in work order materials in forms.  But each time, in any instance, an error is returned APP-FND-01564:  ORACLE error 936 in FDFGCD.  It has worked in the past - we even have a UPK to prove it.  This is 12.1.3.  DFF's are compiled and frozen.  I tried with custom code off - no difference.  Thought I would canvas the community before logging an SR.  Thanks!
