Inventory commitments and unit of measure conversion

I have an item that has a unit of measure conversion of 1 PK = 12 EA.

I enter a sales order for 2 PK on one line, and 20 EA on another (UOM).

When I review Summary Availability the SO/WO Soft Commit bucket says 20.1667 when I have EA in the header, I expect to see a soft commitment for 44 EA.

The On WO bucket in Summary Availability is correct with 44, as is the On Receipt bucket with 44.  MRP properly created a message for 44 as well.

Has anybody had this issue or seen this issue... or is it just me...
