FDMEE error on Import

Hi there, I am moving data from one HFM application to another using FDMEE. (FDMEE: 11.1.1.2.4.210.012, HFM: 11.1.1.2.4.204.5264)
This works fine in Dev but not in Prod. In Prod, file based data loads to the two HFM applications are working fine. The set up for this data load rule, etc seems to be exactly the same. I have compared the Dev and Prod logs and the difference appears here:
