Form Personalization in invoice workbench header dff

We have a dff in AP invoice Workbench . We want to populate the value of attribute2 of dff based on user input in attribute1 at runtime. values of attribute1 and the corresponding attribute2 are mentained in a custom table . Please suggest if it is achievable using form personalization.

We don't want to use dependent value set as the field needs to be editable.
