Where to attach 40/06 UDC value for a Customer

Hi,

We are implementing Inventory committment preference (Basic preference).

Could you please help us with this field: Customer group - Inv. sourcing (On application - P40306).

Please help where to attache UDC 40-06 values for a customer.
