Socket Closed/Socket read time out issue in BI Publisher

Hi,

1.We are getting stuck threads and system getting hanged in BI Publisher. BI Publisher platform was unstable due to this, we need to restart daily once.

2.Heap memory going to 100% which causes application restart. Is there any solution to avoid Heap memory high utilization.

3. Socket Closed/Socket read time out issue. Reports are not getting succeeded due to this.

OBIEE 11.1.17.1

Can any one help me in solving this issues.
