Oracle bifoundation_domain_bi_server1 starts then stops

Hi Guys,

I have a development box(windows server 2012) with BI Publisher 11.1.1.9.0 installed.  Recently the Oracle bifoundation_domain_bi_server1 service has been giving me some issues.  It will start then stop suddenly and i'm not sure why.

It works just fine if I start from command line(D:\startManagedWebLogic.cmd bi_server1) but not when I start from the windows service.  I looked at the logs but maybe I'm missing something here. 

Can you point me in the right direction to troubleshoot this issue.  Once again any advice you can provide would be appreciated. 

net start "Oracle bifoundation_domain_bi_server1"
