Report not pulling the YTD-Actual for future dates

Hi,

I am a Oracle EBS user and have a functional problem. I am running a report and 1 of the columns "YTD Actual" is only bringing down 0s if I run it for future dates. It is supposed to total all actuals from April, May and June in that column. When I run the report for any of the months listed below, the YTD amount is correct. This functionality worked in last fiscal.

Please let me know.

The future periods are closed but I do not think that should affect this right?
