restore rman backup from rac to rac

Hi:

We are running with oracle 12c db in rac.

I have rman backup running online backup for rac db.

Is there a documentation out there with the instruction on how to restore the rman backup from rac to another rac?

Also, there is one more thing I have to mention is that, the backup I use does not register to recovery catalog. It is using controlfile.

Gurus, please advise. Thank you.
