Xmobile Xenvironment Integration

Hi All, We have Our non lead register on Ipad which is working fine for us but we are unable to see Xmobile register in Xenvironment where other resisters are listed. Is there any additional configuration so that we can see Xmobile register in xenvironment. Thanks, Manish
