Promotion Structure not loaded in Order Line Item

Hi All,

After deployment if we add promotion in line items, structure is not loaded into order Line items.

Solution we've got so far is clicking on Synchronize button, which resolves issue and next time when we add promotion in OLI, complete structure loaded with all default products

is there any way we can run this sync for all promotions..?
