9.2 Contracts Direct Cost vs Indirect Cost

Hi All,

ACT are usually direct cost and F&A ie SFA rows are usually indirect cost. Based on ACT, SFA rows are created, in this case how to setup indirect budget for F&A and direct budget for ACT in grants?

If ACT or SFA is more than the allocated budget will the process still proceed ?
