Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How is the planned start date calulated when a task is created?

Hello,

I want to understand how the task planned start date is populated when a task is created for SR.

Task planned end date profile 'Service: Options to default the Task planned end date' is set to Respond By, which is getting populated correctly.
