Cannot Connect to UCM Mobile Apps

Dear All,

I'm using Oracle WebCenter Content (UCM) and Oracle Webcenter Content:Records (URM) version 11.1.1.8. I try to access the application from my mobile phone through Oracle WebCenter Content for Android.

The UCM server and mobile device connect using the same network so from the mobile device browser I already able to access the UCM & URM application. However when I try to access it through application it cannot log in. the error message are:

'Can't log in to WebCenter Content. Please check your connection settings'

I fill the host parameter with the IP of the UCM server since I only able to open the UCM & URM web using IP not hostname.
