R15100 - Recurring billing not generating invoice for the Less than a month Recurring line

Hi,

Creating the Rental Recurring billing lines with in a period & Run the R15100 not generating the invoice.
If the Recurring billing end date prior to the month end date, the recurring billing not  generating the Rental invoice.

Ex: Lease starts 01st Jan 2017 & Ends 28 Jan 2017, the rental billing line set for the Billing code in F1502B.

Onworld Xe was allowed to create the rental invoice for the above case. But JDE 9.1 not allowing to create the rental invoice for the above case. What could be the reason?
