In Asset tracking item transactions move is in pending state how to complete

Dear,

In asset tracking , observed that on 11th july the item 2004000600 gone for PO into inventory in pending transaction how to proceed with it.

I want to do install/Put in service/Move and out of service and uninstall the item.

Please let me know what steps needs to be done.Its better if we can have OWC to resolve this.
