Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Null payment method in the Payments window where the PAYMENT_METHOD_CODE is a custom code after R12

Hello,

We migrated from 11.5.10 to R12.2.6.

We had a custom payment method Barter in 11.5.10. It is missing in the Payment Methods window in the Payment Administrator.

I can see a null payment method in the Payments window where the PAYMENT_METHOD_CODE = ‘BARTER’ (screenshot is attached).

How could we fix the issue?
