Upgrading to 12.2 Patch Wizard Utility

Hi experts,

We are investigating an upgrade from Oracle EBS R12.1.3 RPC5 to R12.2.6 (or 12.2.7 which should come around September 2017)

I have a question about the Patch Wizard Utility, flagged files.

In R12.1.3 we have a number of flagged files registered.

When performing the step "Apply Consolidated Upgrade Patch and Run the 12.2.0 Upgrade" all files will get the a version like xxx.12020000xxx .

How can we easily detect flagged files getting a code change next to version number?
