spa report summary section contain errors

Hello experts,

                       I am doing impact analysis of database upgrade from 11.2.0.4 to 12.1.0.2 in oracle solaris 10 platform.I am able to generate spa report successfully but summary section contains 10 errors.I am not sure about what are these errors and how to resolve this to make sure my test is perfect.Please find the attached report.
