Reprice Order Generated from Blanket

Good Morning,

I have attempted to reprice an order that was generated from a blanket - nothing happens.  I have set the processing option of P4210 to automatically re-price, however, it is not working - I have also gone -into the order and click on re-price, again, nothing happens.  Any insight?  Is there a standard UBE that will do this?
