Health savings plan with per pay period deduction instead of annual pledge

Is it possible to create a Health Savings Account plan so that employees enter deduction as a per pay period amount rather than an annual pledge?  Our employees are allowed to change their HSA deduction at any time during the year, and recalculating the annual amount in order to reach the employee's preferred per pay period deduction can become complicated.
