Is there a preferred tool for creating hardware raid on SPARC T-Series servers?

I wish to install two new internal sas drives in a sparc t3-1 running solaris 10

and create a hardware raid mirror, for use as a live update target.

The current internal disk config is four drives and four empty bays;

the first two sas drives are a hardware mirror (created with fcode),

the second two drives are not raided.

I know of three tools to use to create a hardware raid mirror on sparc t3:

fcode, sas2ircu, and raidconfig.

Does best practice for this task prefer one of the three tools?
