Find out the list of responsibilities have master item function

We are using EBS version 12.2.4

I want to find out what are all the responsibility out there that have the function master items assigned to it.

Is there a query or a way to find that? I saw a security report in user management responsibility which will be able to find the list of function in a particular responsibility; however, it does not have the report the other way around. I want to get the list of responsibility given by a particular function.
