How to run synctfanodes.sh on Windows?

I have a 2-node Oracle RAC on Windows. when I ran synctfanodes.sh on the 2nd node, it looks like an invalid command because of Windows. a window was prompted and asks "How do you want to open this file?".

C:\oracle\12.2.0\grid\tfa\bin>tfactl.bat print status
