Measure Component Label Change

HI All ,

Is there a way to change the label of a measure Component by using a Utility , so that it can be done from blackened without any config change and patch .

Like regmeasure is a utility to change the labels of a measure , similarly i am looking for a utility which can change the label of a Component ?
