Open Siebel application from another Web Application

Hi We have a requirement to Open Siebel Application and Navigate to a View with certain view related information maintained as context.

Ex : An web application that recommends a product based on customer needs. From this application we need to Open the Siebel application and navigate to a view maintaining the Recommnded product context.

Please can somebody help, how this can be achieved?
