How to mass delete WO attachments

Is there a way to mass delete Work order attachments?  We are thinking of a future scenario - If we have too many pictures (especially high Resolution pictures that new phones are capable of), the db space becomes an issue. Can any one can here share their experiences on how they handled this situation? Not all documents could be stored in a central document server as many times, individual files need be attached to the work order. (Example: Photos of failures, broken parts etc). So trying to find if it is possible to restrict file size or mass delete files,
