Reconciliation - Automatic Reconciliation (GLXRCAUT) does not reconcile journals although cr/dr tota

Reconciliation Rule: By Balancing Segment, Natural Account and Reference.  I have to mention that even if total of dr/cr within the given range is 0, it is not 0 for every single code combination in a given range. I have found note 727643.1 where it is said that for reconciliation rule ‘By Account and Reference’ Account in fact means code combination and not natural account. Is it the same in case of rule ‘By Balancing Segment, Natural Account and Reference’ or I am facing the bug here?

given range is BS: 3923
