Unable to Delete Task Line in Workplan

Hi,

We have an issue where in we are trying to delete the below task lines . When we select and click on the button delete system shows the activity is in process but still the lines are not deleted.

I have also tried process updates . But the program PRC: Process Structure Updates is not triggered.

Please help me in this regard.
