Number of threads for process "siebmtshmw.exe" is not limited with MaxTasks for component

For component MobileAppObjMgr we set MaxTasks = 20.

From

list active tasks for comp MobileAppObjMgr

we see 5 active tasks. It corresponds that we send 5 parallel SOAP-requests with load testing tool.

But if we see with TaskManager on process siebmtshmw.exe with PID corresponding on 1 of 5 these active tasks, process "siebmtshmw.exe" has more than 20 threads (27, another 40). How can it be?
