How to send alert mail based on monitor template in oem

I have oem 13c installed. I created database monitor template and applied all the database, the status is passed. Mail server was configured and tested without issue. Notification was set too. But I didn't receive any alerts which I should be received. What else should I set in OEM? Thanks
