Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to include terminated people in a System Extract?

I created a System Extract to retrieve a payroll balance for employees and ex-employees. However, when I

1. Create the criteria to include ex-employee person type usage or

2. Use a person selection rule in the parameter of the Extract Process concurrent program,

I still get Employees. I get no returns on Ex-employees.

Any ideas?
