Row didn't suppress in HFM Report

Hi,

all my reports, I have a calculation line to validate the data. if the difference is 0 suppress the row; if there are differences, shows the row. but in one report, all the cells are suppressed  but not the row heading. so it shows a row with "Difference" but the rest of row is blank.

I can't figure out why.
