IP 2016 - Application crash when we select the themes

We have upgraded our application from IP 2013 to IP 2016 (Patch set 14).

When we try to select the Themes, application is getting crash.

Steps:

Launch the IP2016 Open UI application.

2. Click on Tools > User Preferences.

3. Click Behavior tab, then application is crashed.

Crash and fdr files are created.

Do I need to do any post merge setting related to these themes?.
